Hi, I’m Melina, certified personal trainer, nutrition and mindset coach, and founder of Your Best Fit with Melina.

I help women over 40 with ADHD and peri/menopause build strength, lose fat, and feel confident without giving up their favorite foods or burning out.

I know what it’s like to feel frustrated with your body, your brain, and every “perfect” plan that never sticks. I’ve been there, and I’ve lost over 100 pounds while raising twin boys and navigating ADHD myself.
